How to Cancel a Hosting Package

1. Login to your Client Area.
2. Click on SERVICES / MY SERVICES
3. Click on VEIW DETAILS / REQUEST CANCELLATION drop down menu
4. Breifly describe reason for cancellation.
5. Select if IMMEDIATE or end of BILLING CYCLE.
6. Click red REQUEST CANCELLATION button.

How to Cancel a Domain Name Renewal

1. Login to your Client Area.
2. Click on DOMAINS / DOMAIN NAMES.
3. Click on the MANAGE DOMAIN / AUTO RENEWAL STATUS adjacent to Domain Name you wish to cancel.
4. Click on DISABLE AUTO RENEW or ENABLE AUTO RENEWAL.
5. Domain Name will expiry automatically on the expiry date.
6. Domain Names cannot be refunded the name is registered in your name not ours.
