It appears that major ISP's are now blocking other SMTP's sending through there routers or modems on Port 25, Therefore all Kanga Hosting Australia hosted members who send mail through there own domain name server ie, STMP mail.yourdomainname.com
Your local mail handler maybe experiencing difficulties sending mail.
1. Go to your mail program and click on : Tools>>Accounts
2. Select or highlight your mailbox hosted on Kanga Hosting Australia servers.
3. Click : Properties>>Advanced Settings
4. Change the SMTP port from port 25 to port 26 and save.
5. Also ensure that the checkbox "My server requires authentication" is checked.
6. Apply and exit your mail client.
This should fix the problem, it has been this way for ISP Bigpond for sometime it appears Optusnet have taken the same path.
