Unscheduled Network Outage

Dear Customer,

Please note we have noticed a sharp drop in traffic through our server between approximately 3:13pm and 3:17pm today (Tuesday 17th November 2009), which has since increased back to normal levels. Our technicians are investigating the cause of this outage, but to this point all systems looked to be operational during this time. We will provide further updates as our investigations continue. As mentioned, all traffic looks to have returned to normal levels, if you are still experiencing any issues please contact us via our ticketing system.
